I'm glad I could lead you to them, Mount Eerie are SO amazing. They have so many albums, I can't say that I've even heard all of them, but i'd say 'Lost Wisdom', 'Dawn' and 'Winds Poem' are his best. ALSO, you should listen to 'The Glow Pt.2' by The Microphones, Mount Eerie are the later project of Phil Elverum from The Microphones. Enjoy, Maddie!
Wow, staying on a boat sounds absolutely amazing! Thankyou so much, I would love to come and visit you all sometime in the future, but it's hard to know when i'm going to have any time free what with work work work and future plans. I don't want to grow old!! You have a lovely philosophy on life Maddie, you're right, we ultimately have no control on exactly where our lives will end up, we just have to make sure that we're happy with any decisions we make. I'm just no good at taking risks with life decisions. I see you've been listening to Nick Drake, do you like him? He lived in the village next to where I live, i'll take you there when you come to visit! xx
Well, if you come to England please tell me! We'll go to a concert together, for sure. How come you're going to Stockholm? Are you finished with school now? Yeah, I understand how you feel about photography, I guess using something you enjoy as a means to make money turns it into something quite dull and ugly, but I don't want to have a job doing something I don't enjoy. I don't have any idea of what I want to do later in life. Send my love to your family! I remember your brother's amazing dancing so well! He is a very talented dancer, Sgt Pepper has never quite remained the same in my memory since xxx
Yes, I saw them at a festival called Hop Farm, which is about three hours away from where I live. Are you attending any festivals this summer? You should definitely get the chance to see them one day! If not then come to England and see them with me! Things are going well for me, I'm planning on studying English at university next year, so i'm doing lots of reading at the moment, and haven't done much photography for a while. I guess i've lost interest in it lately. How are things with you? I remember you telling me that you had dinner with the photographer for the Rolling Stones? Are you wishing to have a career in photography? I know, we haven't spoken in a while, it's wonderful to be catching up xox
I know, it's crazy how much we have in common and never knew! Aahahah, I still can't believe it myself! I had to stand in the same place for twelve hours in order to touch Iggy and Morrissey, it was agony, but amazing! He played Everyday is Like Sunday, This Charming Man & There is a Light, it was brilliant. Your English is as brilliant as ever, Maddie, pero mi español es muy terrible aahaha xoxox
