You know something, I didn't notice your spelling for some reason. Probably I was too busy making a cringing apology. Nothern Irish people have a very sarcastic sense of humour and it is not understood everywhere. We call it "taking the piss".

I'm from Northern Ireland, so I'm a bit Irish and a bit British. The reserve thing might apply, I don't know.

I apologize if my attempt at humour over the AOR tracks fell flat. I am definitely not sitting in judgement, music is a personal thing and I support everyone's right to listen to what they like, without fear of criticism. The joke perhaps requires explaining. It might be a cultural thing, but Dance music in the UK is held up as something for the young and cool. AOR a bit like progressive rock, is seen as music for older listeners. Since by far the lion's share of your library is not AOR orientated, I was first of all complimenting you on your cool taste. I suppose I was also indicating that I had looked in some detail at all your tracks and had observed some interesting digressions from what I perceived as your "usual" taste. Again perhaps this was presumptious. Maybe if I had put an exclamation mark at the end of my shout, it would have been more obvious that I was trying to be playful. Anyway, please accept my sincere apologies if my remarks offended you in any way.

Forgive me those abbreviations are British terms. AOR is Adult Orientated Rock- Toto, Journey etc. MOBO is Music of Black Origin. We have MOBO awards in the UK, covering mainly Soul, RnB etc. You don't have to be a black artist btw.

Have long admired your once spinning "Inca" Avatar (which seemed to have reached all the tracks I was most interested in, before I got there myself) and now see your library is also stuffed with great dance and MOBO tracks. Not so sure about your occasional lapses into AOR though.

Yeh the calander is pretty tricky especially if your rubbish with numbers! but its nice to see someone taking an interest in their calander for more than doomsday prophecies , you know you can learn alot about farming as well with that calander and crop rotation , also its good for women too with the lunar cycles matching their menstrual cycles and such. there are a few decent websites out there have you seen this before http://www.ancientscripts.com/maya.html it gives a pretty detailed description of the calander and its counts! also you may want to look into the popul vuh as it does have alot of info on the calander namaste!
