    I am excited for you and your Dinosaur Jr. show! The Cramps and Dick Dale played the Beachland Ballroom so that's pretty neat. October seems to be a good month for live music, Ravi Shankar is playing in Houston on October 13th. Sadly, there's a slim to none chance I'll catch that particular show. One day I hope to be sitting on a big (or medium, I can deal with medium) pile of green paper you can exchange for stuff like music and food and sex. Anyway, we ought to each see how many shows we can make in October and when I win, you'll owe me a Coke.

    BAAAAHAHAAHHAAAAAHAHAA (long-winded for lol) I had not heard the entire Limbaugh diatribe until now and it's definitely spot-on, but it the idea of "Limbaugh munches scat" in my brain? I don't like it. Not because it's gross but I love scatting (jazz, of course! When Ella does it http://youtu.be/gPvl__VXP4w gah, yum) so there's that. Also, skat is my nickname and so now I'm involved with Barbara Bush taking a shit in someone's mouth and Ronald Reagan is peeing himself? Right? And Rush douchey-trucker-mother Limbaugh is getting to third base with me and UGH GROSS. Besides, I like Reagan. I mean, I probably wouldn't let him pee on me, but he's alright.

    What ever I said this morning about the David Byrne & St Vincent song - please disregard. It's fantastic. Checking out his discography I see Byrne did an album with Fatboy Slim aaand weird. Or maybe not because he's weird. Is it still weird when weird people do weird things? Fatboy Slim, their music makes me anxious. What to do. There's a St Vincent song on the album though and just like everything coming from Annie Clark, it's so good. Great. She's a magic angel.
