I made the mistake of syncing with my iTunes library when I first started. Half of my "most listened" stuff isn't anything I even listen to anymore.

That's awesome you got a picture with them man. I've always really liked Busdriver and Aesop is great so that must of been a pretty amazing show. Sorry for replying so late i've been really busy these past few days. Thank you for the Brian Eno rec too. Do you ever still use what cd? I was a while ago but for the past week it seems like i can't seed at all...

I meant that I thought you were trying to keep it at 666 plays on purpose lol. Did you ever hear end trouncing by DJ Shadow or mezzanine by massive attack? Both are great albums but I could never really get into the massive attack album that much, I did really like a few songs on it though.

What do you prefer, Marry me or Strange Mercy? Portishead have become one of my favorite bands. I would definitely start with 'Dummy' a lot of people consider it a trip hop classic. It's one of my favorite albums.

Have you ever listened to Portishead? I listened to strange mercy btw, i couldn't find a download for Actor anywhere. I really enjoyed the album, i need to listen to it again though because i didn't really listen to it properly (was working while listening to it). I'm really starting to like St. Vincent, i really liked Marry Me when i first heard it but now i'm starting to like her music a lot more in general.

I will try to give it a listen today, thanks man. I remember hearing something last year about a Cannibal Ox reunion and El-P said something like "There will never be a Cannibal Ox album produced by me again and that's a promise." Also do you like any Trip Hop at all? Tame Impala should be awesome none of my friends really listen to the same music as me though so im not sure if i will be going.

I used to check the QN5 website all the time for info on releases, songs and other things, but now it's just so inactive. Speaking of extremely stubborn people who refuse to acknowledge any opinion but their own, i was just reading this thing about Vast Aire and Def Jux beef, i didn't even know they had beef and this was a while back. Reading it Vast really seems like an asshole, have you seen this before? It's a long read but it's pretty interesting. How EL-P responded in the end really made Vast look pretty desolated and stupid - http://www.wreckthetapedeck.com/2009/el-p-dishes-back-vast-aires-generous-portion-of-beef/ . I extremely enjoyed the album it's definitely going to get more listens from me. It's a really smart album. I was going through some downloads on my computer and found Strange Mercy, i forgot to add it to Itunes ages ago. What do you think of the album? Is it worth a listen? And that's awesome that you got to see them live. I might go see tame impala later this year.

I really can't wait to hear it. Also do you think CATM will ever be released? I've been kinda getting annoyed at QN5. They said Nattis album was meant to come out like last year or something and they said they're making a strange journey volume 3, but they said that a while back... Yeah i was getting pretty annoyed about the women getting the Death Penalty, especially at the fact that a lot of people over here in the UK thinks she deserves it. A lot of people that i have spoken to about it think so, and on most comments about it on news websites. Just don't know how people can be that close minded.

Yeah i think he might have haha. Do you think the album he was working on before he died will ever be released? And yeah i agree with you on innerspeaker. I did prefer Innerspeaker for a while but Lonerism has grown on me so much. Reptilians is pretty good, i think i'll have to give it a couple more listens to really form an opinion on it. I really love the song Reptilians. Hey you don't have to if you don't want to, but if you have time could you answer this? http://answers.yahoo.com/question/index;_ylt=AhkmZMO3fP4sOLFzl5pvayrw5nNG;_ylv=3?qid=20130122103730AAYMuKD I remember you gave a really good answer on the Troy Davis question i asked like a year ago.

Just finished watching Office Space it was fucking hilarious haha. That Milton character is funny as hell. Overall it's a great movie. I currently have a part time job in an office and i can relate for sure. Really enjoyed the movie, thanks man. Nope i haven't heard of them, should i check them out?

Yeah man pretty much all the members of Tame Impala are in pond lol. Ive been meaning to check them out for a while when someone rec'd them to me like 8 months ago but i couldn't find a download, btw if you liked Lonerism you should check out Innerspeaker, here is one of my favorite tracks from it - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vxvf7gR4-2M Also i can't find a download for the starfucker album but i checked out some of their music on youtube and i really liked it so im gonna use the last of my itunes giftcard money on the album lol.

I'll check out that movie later today man, thanks. I really think you'd like Into The Wild, it's based on a true story where a guy doing great in education has a big college fund just get's rid of all of his money by donating it and just lives how he wants to live, it's one of my favorite movies. They don't have a lot of good record stores out here, just things like HMV which barely has any albums. When i went to Colorado they had stores called independent records, they had so many CD's, Vinyl albums and rare things i would've never expected to find there, places like that would be pretty awesome to work in. Did you like the Tame Impala album?

I know what you mean man, most of my family is like that. Parents saying stuff like that's the only way to live... Would you recommend that movie? Also have you seen the movie into the wild? Btw just started using /mu/

She posted it like a year ago on the E&A facebook i think. Haha a state trooper? That sucks. If you get caught with it over here you're not even aloud to go to America i think. I was too lazy and unproductive when i was doing it so i decided to stop. I know exactly what you mean by that man. I feel like that a lot, the only thing i know i really wan't to do is just travel a lot. I really don't know what i wan't to do as in a career... Kinda reminds me of the song Exhausted Love by Eyedea. Btw i was looking at some old questions on yahoo and found this Lol - http://answers.yahoo.com/question/index;_ylt=AuqLFIzeGW4qbpttLqWiKMPty6IX;_ylv=3?qid=20120213152530AAOPfC0

Haha that's awesome, i'm not sure where we'll be moving though, I've been to Colorado before and it seemed like an awesome place. And yeah i used to be into that a little bit but not really so much anymore. What about you? Do you ever do it? Also did you see my other two shouts?

--- As for recs, as i said ive been pretty lazy so you've probably heard most of what ive heard, i would recommend Lost Horizons by Lemon Jelly. I don't know if you've heard of them, that was one of my favorite albums a while back. Their music is kind of electronic maybe slightly trip hop on some songs i think their music is great though. As for the Eyedea book, i saw something on the E&A facebook a long while ago where his mother mentioned it. And i tweeted E&A a while back asking if it was actually going to come out and his mother responded saying yes but it's in the very early stages, that was like 5 moths ago i think.

Nope i havn't heard of What.CD, just checked out their website and im guessing it's one of those inv only sites. It sounds like a pretty cool site though. There is a website called studioleaks.info the forums are mostly about Hip Hop but they have a lot of other sections like downloads, other genres, news, movies/tv, fitness. Most of the time you can find a link for an album just by searching the forums in the download section, you can also make a request for an album or a discography and 90% of the time someone posts the album. Also a lot of new albums are uploaded daily. I think you have to reach a certain number of posts to have access to the download section though, im not sure. There are some pretty cool people on the site that know a lot about music, there are also the annoying ones but overall it's an awesome site . Ive heard of starfucker and i really need to check them out, ive never listened to an album by them. ---
