Also getting my AA in computer hardware so it's quite a juggle. Music as you see becomes really good at destressing for me. And damn, sorry to hear that. Where in central cali are you? I'm out in riverside area so there's a decent scene here, plus there's always thrash di mayo, et al. I actually didn't go, I got called in last minute to intern as a medic that night as I was stuck patchin people up instead of bustin heads. My condolences to you and your family on your loss. :(

Same here, but I grew into sludge after awhile. And mechanical Engineer, huh? Interesting major. I'm majoring in medicine (EMT) and minoring in music. And nah, born there but moved out from it pretty early. I take it you're from LA?

Class eh? What're you studying for? They were better live than studio, tbh. They were sick. They played all of their latest CD, crack the skye, and then a song off every other album. Do you like sludge at all? If so check out their earliest album, Remission. It's nice and heavy and very High on Fire inspired. If you like faster paced stuff like I do, then check out Leviathen. It's hard but after a few listens they really grow on you. Dethklok was a treat live, too. Wasn't expecting them to make me mosh as much as they did, ha. And warbringer puts on a great live show. Them, Decrepit Birth, and Vader will make this weekend a blast for me. \m/
