This is my first newsletter, so if I'm doing something you think is wrong or could be done better please feel free to let me know.
In other news membership has been on the increase lately, a good amount of people have been joining up. I thank all the new members for joining and hope you find some good bands here. Other than the change of the group leader there hasn't been much news. So on to the bands:

1. Apotheosis an amazing Black Metal band from Malta, of all places. This guy creates some amazing music, it covers pretty much every Black Metal genre I can think of. The most prominent is Symphonic Black Metal but it's also raw, melodic, progressive, ambient, and atmospheric. There are even a couple of acoustic parts. Just about everything someone could love about Black Metal all rapped up in one package. For sure a band everyone here should listen to.
2. Xe-NONE would have been number one, if it weren't for the female singer. Though I don't hate her singing is does get a little annoying after a while. But after you get around that fact this band has some pretty ridiculous songs, and incredibly catchy songs. They found just the right balance between the synth and the rest of the music.
3. Dies Ater is a pretty strait forward Black Metal band. Dies Ater doesn't bring much new to the table, but executes plays Black Metal very well. All the instruments are played very skillfully with flawless execution. Plus all their melodies come together beautifully to create both a brutal and soothing experience.
