I think, as with any artist it depends on my mood, reaper is always one of my favorites, I really like mirrors, partly because it was my favorite song from that album and was the first of 2 times I seen them, the vigil was so cool to see in concert, and cities on flame, I remember all 5 playing guitar for a bit on that one,,,sorry i'm going on. tráthnóna mhaith!!

Haha! well I've never heard Brett sing, but nothing could top Ian's stand in performance! and Ray... well am sure if you took all the acid he took... am sure you would look pretty cooked up! :P still least Robbie was a little more 'There' :P you had a smoke with Ian? damnnn you! pretty jealous of that to be honest! :\ and you from Galway? not bad... I think I've seen photos of that area, my parents went on a sort of tour of Ireland around 4 or 5 years ago, and they loved the places, especially my dad for the pubs! :P but you're moving back to London? :\ you must be pretty rich! :P fuckin well expensive there man! Edinburgh is alright, the weather is deadly along with the neds, but apart from that it's lovely! the music scene, well to be honest, all I see of the music scene here is metal heads, emos and Indie kids... so maybe I should meet your friends and see what am missing haha! and thank you for the happy birthday! :) I see you're seeing the Mars Volta, must be seated tickets huh?:P

Yep, I'm confident that I will never like Nickelback :P Running a festival, that sounds really fun (and time consuming), what type of festival? You been to London before? Thanks, I'll check a couple of the m out, god is an astronaut and whipping boy sound really good. Thanks for the recommendations :)

I actually despise nickelback (note the sad face :P) I hate how all their songs sound the same. As for the Arcade fire, I really like Rebellion (Lies), wake up is great too, same with neighbourhoods number 1 and 3. I never really got into neon bible that much as i never really liked the organ they used on most of the songs. :) How's your week been?

yeah, they're al pretty cool bands, especially the Arcade fire, what's your favourite song by them? But there's a lot more to Canadian music, youre forgetting Nickelback come from Canada .... and three quarters of the Nickelback sound-alikes too :( I don't know many Irish bands to be honest, I know there's u2, stiff little fingers and my bloody valentine, you know of any other good ones? :)

Aww cool, well least you got to meet a lot of cool people who saw the Doors live and managed to get their opinions on the all mighty Jim Morrison and his drunken rampages! :P but yeah Ray does come across a bit of a twat, but what was he like one-to-one? and Robbie just seems so laid back! :P I mean... he just wants his guitar and play it man! :P yeah the new guy that was doing it what's his name? Scalieon or sumthing? :s he's the ex Fuel lead singer huh? they should've got Scott Weiland, he would be good for the new Doors. But yeah Ian was like Jim reincarnated! :o it was quite scary! but nah am not from Glasgow, am from Edinburgh! :) it's just that all the major bands when they come to Scotland they plan in Glasgow, it's quite annoying really! where about in Ireland you from? :)

Hell, that's a lotta good Doors songs you've picked! :) especially L.A. Woman, Hyacinth House and Riders on the Storm. Love them. My favourite Doors song of all time would have to be L.A. Woman, but others would be like... Riders on the Storm, their cover of Van Morrisons 'Gloria' and probably Five To One. You met Robbie and Ray? lucky bugger! :o I did see the 'Riders on the Storm' band play in Glasgow in 2006 which was one of the best moments in my life getting to see Ray and Robbie playing together! even though it was without Jim, it was still amazing. Am not on the Doors boards actually, am to lazy to join forums n stuff like that haha! are you?
