What's up, man? RYM says you have the 96 Acrimonium demo? Is it 'The Environment' or another one?

Those books are in your inbox. I hope PDF is cool.

Shit, yeah sorry man I forgot about that. I'll send them over later tonight, probably .rar file on mediafire or something. That's cool you started brewing, let me know how the Belgian ales turn out. I definitely think it's best to use a kit with malt extract and etc at first until you get the hang of it as well.

Yeah ales are probably most common. One of my friends in particular only ever seems to brew different types of IPAs. I actually have a a few really good books on my computer at home about brewing if you'd like me to .rar them and send them on mediafire or something later this evening when I'm off work.

I don't really have the space/means to do it right now but I do have a few friends that brew regularly. It can be a little pricey at first if you need to buy all the equipment but it's not too bad overall. Makes up for itself once you brew a few kegs of beer too.

Is that the full length that came out a few years ago? I remember checking it out but I don't really remember what it sounds like.

Right on, Death Side isn't really crust but really good shit none the less. One of my favorite hardcore punk bands ever, and definitely my favorite Japanese one.

Hey :) Yes, I took that shot (and the others on my profile aswell) I used a DSLR camera, a Canon 550D mounted on my 10" Newton telescope. I am happy you liked it, here is a better view of it. Please feel welcome to stop by anytime :)

Yeah the only thing I wish that site had was more detailed info on the beers. IPA's are huge in the United States actually. They vary a bit but they're almost always really hoppy. Seems a lot of people are obsessed with the extreme hop content and breweries are trying to make beer with the highest IBU intentionally now, although some of it seems a bit ridiculous to me. I've had a few that burn your damn nose a bit just smelling it in the glass, haha. If you ever get a chance to try any definitely do. Dunno how common it is over there though.

Yeah, it's been a long time though. It's kind of bizarre, maybe a bit similar to Demilich, right?

    Nah, actually.

Nah, never thought of that actually. I wasn't aware people made lists for things like that but after doing a search on RYM for 'beer' I guess I was wrong. There's actually a website I joined recently that kind of reminds me of RYM except it's specifically for beer. You can rate/review beers and put them on your 'wishlist' if you will. It even recommends beers based on your taste.

Haha, agreed. I'm drinking some Montana brewed scotch ale tonight actually.

That's a shame. There's a handful of pretty solid albums but overall not nearly as good as last year so far. Autopsy is my favorite as well. Have you checked out Vastum and Nader Sadek?

What's your favorite 2011 death metal so far?

    5 Jun 2011 Responder
  • TheHeavensBleed

Yeah, what kind of beers are most common there? I assume light lagers/ales and stuff like that?

Sobre mim

We are children of chaos, and the deep structure of change is decay. At root, there is only corruption, and the unstemmable tide of chaos. Gone is purpose; all that is left is direction. This is the bleakness we have to accept as we peer deeply and dispassionately into the heart of the Universe.
