Good to hear! Sometimes the things in life can take up more of our time than we want them to. As I'm not studying myself I sometimes forget how demanding it can be. But it's all in preparation for the future, so it's all good. :)

Yes but didn't they just simply buy the rights? Movie companies do it often but don't really do anything with it, only for possible future investment.

I also read GRRM's recent small story "The Princess and the Queen" that goes about the Targaryen civil war that whiped out most of their dragons. Sadly it's kind of disappointing, it doesn't really explain anything new and it raises more questions than answers.

I also must admit that with A Dance With Dragons I started skipping chapters(all of Daenerys chapters) I just read summary online. Its a bad sign that I start feel more sympathy for Victarion Greyjoy and Theon Greyjoy than Daenerys. There are indeed a lot of plot-points that remain unsolved; Jon snow's "death" (I doubt he died), the letter Ramsay send him (seems almost certainly fake some fans have theorized the letter is actually from Asha Greyjoy), The Old Town plot, Daenerys situation, the conspiracy in the north. There are indeed a lot of POVs that weren't needed. The Name of the Wind is great, sadly it's author just like GRRM takes a very long time before he releases a next book. I got "The Lies of Locke Lamora" for my birthday and plan on reading it soon. Now I'm reading; The Fionavar Tapestry books( Lord of the Rings worship, nothing really great but nice to read) The Chronicles of The Black Company(really loving it so far)

the translations don't reveal much indeed, googling things also didn't really help. Only thing I found is that according to rumour Tanase was part of the Romanian secret police during communist times. Thanks anyway, I know a bit about some of the traditions in the Carpathian mountain region of Romania.

Also I meant to ask; Through Rotting Christ I know of a Romanian classic song "cine iubește și lasă"(they covered it) by Maria Tanase, I read that it was about a ancient Romanian curse? do you know more about it? I also like some of Maria Tanase's other songs, shame I can't understand it.

It is kind of the same problem AFFC, but with AFFC it's way worse. Also too many POV's that also are pointless, what was the point of all those Brienne chapters? she contributes nothing to the overall story and as a character is quite bland. Some argue that is shows the perspective of the small volk who are no big players but even that argument is weak I think, we already saw many perspectives of the small folk in the Riverlands in Arya and Jaimie's POV chapters. I'm also curious if it's solved by the end, especially since GRRM said that multiple people will sit on the Iron Throne before the end. This book also killed my enjoyment of her character, it's strange how fascinating Cersei's collapse of rule is yet how boring Daenerys' collapse of rule is. I find the Ironborn strangely fascinating, there is a certain charm about Victarion his dumb caveman like mentality is also funny. I laughed when I read he wanted to sail the Dothraki sea

Nice :) an education to become a doctor is not easy, an Italian friend of mine is also running same course I believe. I picked up financial administration, it's very boring but at least I can get a job with it later and it's easy to level it up, I'm thinking about going for accountancy. How is it? I thought it was an improvement over A Feast for Crows but it still kind of suffers from the same problem, the Daenarys chapters are very boring for example. The Kingkiller Chronicle is great I finished the second book a long time ago and am eagerly awaiting for the next one, sadly Rothfuss is just like GRRM and takes ages for he releases a next book. I'm not that familiar with Asian cinema, I'm more into European cinema but I still have so much to explore when it comes to film.

Good list :) seems you also love the Romantic era! I Also some nice fantasy books I also read George Martin's books and recently finished reading the A Song of Ice and Fire series(up until this current point) and started reading the Dunk and Egg books. So you want to become a doctor? or work in a hospital? my aunt used to work in a hospital for a long while and my mother also studied some medical care, I also have the same talent but I picked something else eventually. I would watch more films if I could :P which films do you love?
