I'm a hobbiest programmer, I've worked on many projects including PSP hacks, PC games and currently a new operating system for the PC. I'm always looking for a new challenge coding wise and I also program for cash. If theres a small bespoke application/website you require, drop me a PM and we'll see what we can sort out.

My music is my life, when I'm not working I spend pretty much every waking hour listening to music, I believe music says a lot about a person, although I'm not really sure what my music says about me, you'll have to let me know ;)

The only thing I enjoy more than music and programming is mountains, each year I try and climb some mountain or another... unfortunatly without a passport that limits me to the UK but hey, we've got some pretty good challenges here even if they aren't as high as some other countries.

Snowdon 2008:
Snowdon is the tallest mountain in Wales standing at just over 1km tall, from the top you can see the top and bottom of Wales, which believe me is a pretty cool feeling, how often can you see an entire country?

Ben Nevis 2009:
Ben Nevis is the tallest mountain in Scotland and the UK, standing at just over 300m taller than Snowdon it might sound like little addition, however to climb Ben Nevis (round trip) takes pratically twice as much time as Snowdon. Ben Nevis is the most dangerous mountain in the UK and for good reason, my first year climbing almost ended in disaster after the weather went from being scorching hot to stormy in less than 30 seconds, catching me completely out, even on those insanely hot days the top is often covered in snow and ice which makes it perilous especially at the scrambles (check the picture below showing the cliff edge).

Climbed originally in 2008 but became quite ill by the time I reached the 3/4 mark, stupidly carried on through the stormy weather and became hyperthermic. I did meet a guy on the way up who made sure I reached the top safely and then helped me down, I have no fear in saying this guy saved my life. - Moral of the tale, make sure you have more than a t-shirt and jeans on in stormy weather on a mountain side ;)
