"Mosh Insanity I" wird heuer (2009) zum ersten Mal im VZ Komma in Wörgl stattfinden und somit den Startschuss für einige weiter Festivals dieser Art setzen. Unser Event soll Underground-Bands und vorallem Bands der härteren Gangart die Möglichkeit bieten, gehört zu werden und in der Tiroler Metalszene Fuß zu fassen.

Auf zahlreiches Kommen und einen gebührenden Moshpit freut sich das Organisationsteam,

Rottinghill.at is an austrian metal magazine formed in 2007. The Idea behind Rotting Hill is to support Metal Bands all over the World. We are especially interested in Underground Bands and will support anything which is good music. We support Black, Death, Thrash, Doom, Viking, Folk, Dark, Progressive and Heavy Metal.

WE WANT YOU – Jobs bei ROTTING HILL.at dem neuen Österreichischen Metal online Magazine

Du bist eingefleischter Metalfan, hast reichlich Zeit, schreibst gerne und kennst dich mit Musik und der Metalszene gut aus?? Dann bist du bei uns genau richtig. Denn wir suchen Redakteure die Lust haben bei unserem Online Magazin tätig zu werden.

Was erwarten wir:

1. Du solltest natürlich ein Metal begeisterter Mensch sein und dich mit Musik und der Szene auskennen.
2. Du solltest viel Motivation, Engagement, Pünktlichkeit und Zuverlässigkeit mitbringen.
3. Lust am Schreiben haben. Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse besitzen auch Englisch wäre eine feine Sache.
4. Wichtig ist uns das du viel Spaß an der Sache hast und im Team gut arbeiten kannst.
5. Außerdem solltest du über einen dauerhaften Internetzugang verfügen.

Wir suchen im Moment Redakteure die sich mit unseren Promos/CDs auseinander setzen und ihre Meinung in Reviews, Interviews, Konzertberichten etc verbreiten. Unser Magazine beschäftigt sich Hauptsächlich mit Underground Bands aus dem IN und Ausland. Unser Magazin befindet sich zwar zurzeit noch im Aufbau, aber man kann nie früh genug mit der Suche nach geeignetem Personal anfangen. Wer sich in dieser Sache noch eher unsicher ist und noch Fragen bezüglich unseres Projektes hat kann sich gerne unter redaktion@rottinghill.at melden und wir erklären euch noch tiefer und ausführlicher unser Projekt.

Finanzielle Mittel können wir euch nicht bieten, da wir selber auch nichts mit „Rotting Hill“ verdienen. Dennoch können wir euch Promo CDs zum Reviewn zur Verfügung stellen, sowie Interviews mit großen als auch kleinen Bands besorgen. Auch das besuchen von Konzerten für anschließende Berichte wird euch möglich gemacht.

Wir haben selbst schon viel Erfahrung mit vorherigen Web Projekten sammeln können und haben daher einiges an Wissen angesammelt welches wir nun in unser eigenes Projekt investieren wollen.
Wenn du dich angesprochen fühlst und es gerne bei uns versuchen würdest, schreibe uns einfach eine Mail mit folgenden Angaben:

2. Angaben zu deiner Wenigkeit

Obituary - Left To Die - EP

John Tardy / Statment:

What a great weekend! We have been working really hard on this new EP and Saturday night we finished it. I am totally psyched about this and can't wait to get it to you. I am not sure about the release date yet, but I'll post it as soon as I know. Once again, Mark Prator and RedRoom Recorders really helped us out to get this done. Markie, you rule...thanks for everything!!! Most of you probably know that we built our own studio for the recording of the Xecutioner's Return CD. We tracked this new EP in our studio and are really happy with the sounds we are getting. Because of our limited, but growing, Pro-Tools HD experience, we lean heavily on Mark for his guidence and help. We then take all those tracks to RedRoom where we put it all together. This process of being able to record right here in our own studio whenever we want has been an unbelievable asset to our writing and recording abilities!

This EP will contain 4 songs: 2 new ones, that are heavy as balls. A new 2008 studio recording of Slowly We Rot. Slowly is one of the first songs we ever wrote and of all our songs it gets played every show! It is interesting to hear this song re-recorded almost 23 later. Unbelievable! You have to hear it. Dethroned Emperior is a song by Celtic Frost that we sometimes play live or just while jammming in the studio. Because we enjoy it so much we recorded it for this EP as well.

I feel like we just got home from the first leg of our European Festival Tour and now we leave again Wednesday to start the second leg: Austria, Spain, France, Belgium, Germany and Italy...coming up!!!! I hope you come out and see us!
