The first two weeks of spring semester has just flown by! Wish me luck with managing the tough schedule brother, I am taking the following nine courses this semester: Turkish Language & History, Professional English, Mathematics, Statistics, Micro & Macro Economics, Financial Accounting, Law and Business. In regard to undergraduate transfer... Unfortunately I haven't brother, yet I will. I have put the pressure on myself to get perfect grades and I did. Just need a swift kick in the arse to get me working on these transferring issues. I shan't do the same mistake ever again, I will not let myself brother. Anyways... Hope life treats you more congenial my dearest comrade ! Vi ses snart... :))

Interesting- when I started college, I was an astronomy major, until I realized that unless you're truly gifted, and by that I mean near-genius with mathematics, you're not likely going anywhere in astronomy. Besides, the math just killed it for me- stole all the wonder from the field. Good to hear that you still cling to your anarchist idealism- I do as well, and in fact, it has become even more pronounced in my heart Every day that goes by, I become a bit more radical, which at one point I though impossible, but now I recognize that given the current political climate not only in the US but in the world, its hard NOT to become more radical with every day that passes. I either become more radical and more militant, or just stoop to nihilism. Needless to say, I'm not ready to do the latter, so I'm working on ways to integrate my social and political philosophies into my life, which has become far too domestic and suburban. Baby steps I suppose... someday I'll get there. Stay in touch!

Why, tack så mycket broder! Life still surprisingly treats me so congenially, Daniel. Oh haha those Disney World and Harry Potter thing (Universal Studios) are in Florida, right? :) In fact the heat and humidity must be oppressive though I don't know how the rest of the state is. I, however, love being able to run out of the house in shorts and a t-shirt all year round even though I terribly hate the summer heat. Anywho I hope you will find something there you might be interested in. There are lots of nice beaches, but I assume that you don't like swimming and sunbathing too much haha. :) It's sweaty ewww. There are also lots of beautiful women, but you have already a girlfriend and you're going to there with her. So I'd be super worried about you if there was not any good music scene there which won't make you listen to shit throughout your holiday. Have an enjoyable, soothing and relaxing time in FL, and Daniel be careful in the heat! Take care!!!

Salute comrade, Daniel. Oh where to start on the recent news... the tour of Europe I got? Been about two weeks or so today since I left Europe. Had the most amazing experiences and no regrets. Simply being in Europe definitely gets your blood pumping. Some of my mates and I went to over 17-20 cities, starting in Berlin and ending in Amsterdam. No where even compares to Stockholm and Paris in my foregoing experiences though. Wish I could've gone to Barça when I was over there, but you've gotta make your hostel reservations way in advance, also we had no enough time to go there. Looking forward to visiting Spain, Denmark, Canada, the US and the UK in the upcoming years. Wish I had gone to the Europe, and never gave up on my future plans...... Daniel, my academia hasn't even started for me yet, it starts on the 28th of September. Take care, min broder! :)

Heil to thee my comrade!! I apologize for being late in reply once again. My constant lack of luck has forced me to drop my study abroad plans, bruddah. This vexatious process is requiring a great mental effort to endure, so I'm going to give up my abroad plans with the intent of never pondering again until my graduation from university. :) Here between academies, it's possible to undergraduate transfer from one to another, so I'm going to go ahead and try to keep my grades up to secure my transfer. Regarding to your question; Were I to take up for reconsideration, I'd certainly be getting a major in Poli-Sci rather than Economics, but it's also possible to change my field here... I have to say something, Daniel, my brother. Our relationship through last.fm has blossomed into such a lovely, selcouth (marvellous) and well-founded comrade/friendship. Hope that we'll meet one day. Heil dir Genosse! Immer stark, Daniel.

Oh damn! What an honor.... seeing you here. :D Where art thou, bruder!! Well, have you got any extenuating circumstances? Yeah. :) Lots of things have happened since we've last talked, Daniel. I have got to make some big decisions about my future and my career plans, and I don't want to regret those major decisions in my life and end up being miserable. They will be logical, advantageous and pertinent decisions that I will never regret! One of my biggest problems was indecisiveness a couple of months ago while I was thinking about my schooling, but everything is almost clear now. I have to go to college where I think I will do my best, and where I can see myself living for the next four-five years with postgraduate etc. Also, I have to go to college where I can learn and expand my knowledge beyond all measures! I'm sending you my uni preference list via private message. Please explain and share your ideas with me Dan bruddah!! :)

Since you had the complaisance to sympathize with my plight, why do I not sympathize with yours? I, of course, can sympathize with your plight, having just been through the same process very recently, my brother. :) Like your fustration and disillusioness, with the factor of my current apex of internet nerditry, I have persisted in being in antithesis with the internet for a month and so I resisted logging in for a month. I apologize for not replying earlier, Daniel. In fact, it made me more productive and more physically active... I must say! During my reclusion I did not frivol life away e-mailing, debating and posting comments in forums or shouting in Last.fm. I had a greater zest for living in a tangibly-real world, were more independent in thought. While becoming a hermit, my hermitages were some coffee shops, parks, cinemas, libraries, friends' houses, concerts, and so on. By the way, thank you ever so much for your interest in my schooling, brah. :)

However, I do not want to study here next year, instead I do want to study in the US or in Vienna, but I need to get a scholarship from the college whither I will go because I've won a full scholarship from my college, so I'm a scholar who enjoy scholarly pursuits here. Though being a scholar has its perks lol, I'm ready to leave my college if I can find a full scholarship from the US. Daniel, you can help by giving me some information about how to get any scholarship except sport scholarships from the colleges which are in the US. Is there such a obligation that the students, who want to get a fulbright scholarship, must be U.S. citizens? And if so, is there a professor or someone you know who's an authoritative person to help me? Hahaha oh shizz I apologize for being offensively bold about my last question, it's impertinent enough to make me feel cheap. =D How have you been, Daniel? Hope you're doing well, brother! :) Finally, my fucking exams have ended!! =D

Hello brother! I love that Kristof is slowly but surely taking over your shoutbox! :) I'm currently an economics student and a freshman in college who will be a sophomore next year, though I'm already considering double majoring in political science and economics with a minor in philosophy, or majoring in international relations and double minoring in political science and philosophy. Nevertheless, I'm trying to figure out whether to continue studying at my current college is beneficial to my career goals and my psychohygiene because I'm struggling to get along with my classmates. I'm almost ashamed to admit that my high school friends were more intelligent and more sophisticated than my current college friends! At the same time I do not like my school and I do not find joy in any of my classes, I just go through the motions and the stress is beginning to affect my health. When it comes to my schooling, my thoughts are constantly changing, though it is inconsistent with my principles.

Howdy Daniel! Though I'm on the bottom rung of the ladder, the syllabus is draggy, but rather stodgy, that is composed of mathematics, introduction to economics, introduction to law, history of civilization et cetera. I couldn't use the opportunity and didn't go to Vienna, it is worth for being sad, though I should always choose the destination most likely to help my career opportunities in the future rather than choosing the school for location. I'm studying economics, but always looking forward to taking sociology and philosophy in any way soever. I'm content with my current department, though. Studying economics makes me happier because it provides hope - the potential is unlimited! Anwho, this topic is a giant headache! I hope you had a great week-end and hope you are doing well, brother. Take care!!
