Wouldnt Syd Barrett be in that top list? Was he not one of the triggers that made Johnny Rotton hate Pink Floyd and didn't the Damed want him to produce their first record? Many other punk bands have sited Syd as a influence. The Soft Boys, Brian Eno sh!t even David Bowie.
