A metalhead listening to Miley Cyrus would find that a guily pleasure, while somebody who has declared to their friends and the world that they hate metal might feel it's right to tag a metal song they like with this tag. :-P Myself, I listen to both metal and Miley Cyrus without feeling guilt about either.
