"This is almost as overused as "indie". I'm starting to hate this tag. " Actually it is more overused. As I said earlier, try to find artists that do NOT have ambient in their tag cloud, you'll be surprised. (I've found one or two, but damn there aren't many)

And the fact that Moby is so high in Top Artists list is this site fault. This list should be built on percentage, not absolute values. Moby is popular, so he has been tagged as "ambient" for many times.

Moby is not an ambient artist in general, but ambient is one of 'styles' he uses. He even has an album called Ambient. So why not to tag him with ambient tag? Yes, you may consider me as "dumbass" because of me doing this tag so "overused", but I tag artists which have at least elements of tag, one doesn't have to have this style as main.
