O Zebrahead Se Formou em 1996, na cidade de La Habra, California. Na Época tinha como integrantes “Justin Mauriello” (Vocal/Guitarra); “Greg Bergdorf” (Guitarrista); “Ben Osmundson” (Baxista); “Ed Udhus” (Baterista); logo adiante entrou o Rapper “Ali Tabatabaee”. A Banda faz um som bem misturado (Punk/HC, Funk, Rap, Ska) e por aí vai. Até Hoje a banda lançou 5 Albuns em estudio. O Vocalista Justin Mauriello sai da banda após o lançamento do album Waste Of MFZB e forma a banda “I Hate Kate”, sendo assim entra “Matty Lewis” para substituir Justin, tristeza de alguns fans, porem muita gente se surpreendeu com a entrada de Matty, pois o cara é uma figura como o antigo vocalista, e em 2006 a banda lança o “Broadcast To The World”, o som mudou um pouco mas continua muito bom. A Banda vem tomando cada vez mais espaço na mídia e faz muito sucesso no Japão.
