The Queen Tribute album contains some memorable moments, paticularly his version of Liar which became a cross between the original and Bohemian Rhapsody (there are some obvious references being made to that song). I must admit I like this version better than the original. You have to admire his guts to have a crack at Bo Rhap and get away with it, it sounds almost identical to the original. Although Mercury's voice has a bit more body, Valensia did a more than great job here. I got to know him through Gaia being a hit in '93 and got his debut album, which sounds a bit too pollished now for my liking but is still quite good. Indeed, a few songs can be considered as throwaways but particularly Gaia and Tere are classics! I didn't quite enjoy the rest of his repertoire (with exception of the Queen Tribute) though, I'm still hoping for a huge comback album and/or a tour with Brian and Roger with him on lead vocals, rather than the expendable Paul Rogers, all things considered...

I think it a an underrated album. Gaia is of course pretty well-known, but Tere and Scaraboushka are very nice as well. I also like how songs on the album reference each other. Not all songs are great, but on the whole it's a very good album.

Valensia well done! His Queen Tribute album is excellent. It is to be regretted that he didn't want to join to Brian May and Roger Taylor as vocalist and creative sound producer.

Listened to the whole album, there are like you said PimD some other memorable moments, but for example mr. 1999 is just plain awful. Scaraboushka is pretty funny :)
