i really can't understand why Achtung Baby is the 4th most listened album of u2 on last.fm.It's their masterpiece.Full of emotions,equally amazing songs from Zoo station to Love is Blindness(personal favourite with Ultra Violet) and with only one word, FLAWLESS.

i love this one. It really is their best album. probably because it was recorded during such turmoil int he band. To me also, it is the least "Dated" album and will be played over the years without people say "Oh that's so 80's or so 90's!" it really is that good!

I love how much the album, and particularly "Even Better Than The Real Thing" figure into Bret Easton Ellis' novel Glamorama - a fucking amazing piece of literature. Read it.

As much as I'm dying for their new album I know they can never top this, but that isn't a bad thing, whether you submit to the power of U2 or not there is now denying this ground-breaking masterpiece, a huge shift in direction and a dark piece of rock as poetry.

I keep listening to One, and I just don't understand it. So many people love it. I can hear it's beauty. It sounds wonderful. But I can't seem to enjoy it. I don't understand why.
