I imagine how surprised were the people who'd bought it just because of the cover.. ))

I definitely disagree about it being their best album, but I do think it's an undeniable classic in its own right. The brutal rampage of Second Annual Report and the terrifying, gut-churning ambient evil of DOA are superior works of art, to me, than this collection of admittedly really interesting and provocative songs.

What a lot of modern industrial bands lack, a god damn sense of humor

I LOVE THIS ALBUM!!! So much!! For me, it's their best album. It's excellent. I started off with this album (because of the funny album cover), and i love it and i also like their other stuff. oh, and the person that asked if there were girls that liked this album... I am a girl and i love it. This is one of my new favorite albums.

While I love the cheesiness of this album cover... I prefer the one with the dead naked man.
