I was just listening to the New York Dolls and does anyone else think that "Stop Me If You've Heard This One Before" is a rip of NYDs "Frankenstein"? I know Morrissey was president of their UK fan club and it seems likely considering the structural similarities between the two songs and the irony of the Smiths' song's title.
