the music machine are not better than the seeds, nor are the seeds better than the music machine. it's all about those 2, the sonics and the pretty things, as far as proto-proto-punk goes anyway...the main difference between the 4 is obviously the vocals, all of which are equally unique, though my favourite would probably be sean bonniwell of the MM.

'Mr Farmer' is one of the most charming songs ever made, and 'Tripmaker', one of the punkiest. The Doors, The Stooges, and so many others took off from where this band finished. RIP Sky.
