My take on the song: This guy is at a party where they serve punch (which means this dude is at a teen party or maybe just a reception where they happen to serve punch or maybe they weren't serving punch, but the song just needed a good double entendre as in 'he's taking a punch') anyway. Obviously the guy landed himself in the dog house with the Mrs and wants to rectify by going home and put on a striptease show for her ("I wanna hurry home to you put on a slow, dumb show for you and crack you up") This guy really wants to put on a humorous yet good show, so he becomes irrational: leaning on walls that are unleanable, doubting his dick and rambles on about his legs being sparkles and pins before realizing to "better get his shit together" What this guy really wants though, is a blue ribbon on his brain, one he's dreamt of the past 29 years (maybe his life-long goal was to raise awareness of testicular cancer in UK, who's to say really) In all seriousness tho, am I way off target here?
