yep - its from Peter Katis' wedding (the guy who produced Boxer & Alligator)... They were invited to play "The Geese of Beverly Road". And apparently this is the ONLY photo from the occassion... ahh it's such a perfect cover for such a perfect record...

I read that this picture, the cover of Boxer, was The National playing at one of their friends' weddings. So I'm guessing the Apartment Story video was kind of inspired from this. I doubt their friends would be cool with them filming a music video at their wedding.
