Desde o seu primeiro LP em 1973, a sua poderosa presença etapa de hoje, o Marshall Tucker Band tem desempenhado inúmeros concertos locais em todo o mundo.Com o sucesso do Volunteer Jam Tour , e 1999 liberação do Gospel, os bons velhos garotos de Spartanburg, Carolina do Sul permanecerá como uma força poderosa no mundo da música. David Muse regressa a Marshall Tucker Band depois de três anos ausência. Como membro fundador do Firefall, David Levou algum tempo longe de MTB para reunir com os integrantes da banda. David originalmente ingressou MTB em 1996. Estamos verdadeiramente gratos a seu retorno, têm um enorme talento comflauta, sax e teclado. Doug Gray, vocalista é rápido ao crédito a banda da atual dinâmica com membros exercem sobre o eterno som do Marshall Tucker Band. Em 1989o guitarrista Stuart Swanlund aderiram à Linha de músicos talentosos. Além disso, acrescentou o altamente respeitado B.B. this from a time when folks that listened to and made this type of music were actually cool and not just a bunch of middle class white suburban assholes or third rate musicians that couldn't pay their bills with rock and roll so they sold out to the man to get some air play on CMT. Just my opinion.

The first concert I ever saw, was Marshall Tucker Band, at McGraw Hall, Northwestern Campus, and even though I would have rather seen Led Zeppelin, or Pink Floyd, it was still a good show.

The Marshall Tucker Band is a group that came to me in a strange time of my life... And as it kicked in It already took it's place... One of my Favorite Country Band It Is... Just because every time I hear the beginning of "Can't You See", with no reason, I start to cry... Talkin' bout some good country band... They're darn Good!!!

@willoth: I second. I was 16 when I first heard them. I'm no Southern Boy but , in those days, Southern Rock was top from South Carolina to Louisiana.

AHHH - The memorys of youth and truly beautiful and brilliant music. I miss music having a heart and soul as Southern Rock did. What a wonderful time period for the making of great music. So glad I was able to live through the era.

If you're a Tucker fan you've got to hear the songs on the live recording, "Stompin' Room Only". Toy Caldwell on lead, Bobby Caldwell on bass, and Paul Riddle on drums, just tears it up!

Marshall Tucker used to play at my college a lot back in the early 80s. My fave song has to be "Fire on the Mountain."
