Os Durutti Column são uma banda inglesa pós-punk formada em 1978.
A banda é formada pelo projecto e conceito do guitarrista (e ocasionalmente vocalista e pianista) Vini Reilly que é acompanhado pelo percussionista Bruce Mitchell, entre outros.

Without Mercy would be sweet on vinyl since it's tailored to the two sides of the LP. Though I remember buying up a bunch of the original records a couple years ago and they didn't seem too expensive. Outside of the sandpaper sleeve 1st edition.

the first two albums have been reissued on vinyl by 4 Men With Bears and I got 'Return of' for $17 and there appear to be many copies left.. I just hope they continue on, at least through Without Mercy.

I was lucky enough to discover the band right around the time of the FactoryOnce reissues, ca 1997, and I could walk into my local CD store USA and just pluck 'Return' out of the Durutti Column section, if you can imagine that.

Goddammit, i would happily buy "the return of" for any kind of reasonable price, but I refuse to pay 48 pounds on Amazon... whence a reissue? What the hell is up with the pricing? More people should be able to hear this.
