One of the first CD's I ever listened to was the Doobie Bros' Rockin' Down The Highway: The Wildlife Concert, my parents bought the 2 disc set when it was new to start off our collection of CD's for our new CD player. The quality was amazing and I love the album. I was only like 6 but it was still awesome music to my ears. Just dug up the old CD set and ripped it to FLAC to enjoy the experience again and it's just as good as ever!

The Doobies Farewell tour was my first rock'n'roll gig when I was twelve years old (we're not counting John Denver when I was four--I can't be held accountable for that!) Anyway, my cool sister took me (she was eighteen), and we sat out all day in the sun at Red Rocks Amphitheater. What a great day. What a great gig. What a great sister for taking me.

Saw these old farts at Konocti resort, California in Summer 08'. Being a "Doobie virgin" i was quite surprised as to how well they got the crowd going. Well done boys.......but you came a distant second to that wonderful smell of gange which drifted through the air all night. Shame i had to come home to the UK !!!!!!!
