    JackdeRipper, i'm on same thoughts with yours about Tabula Rasa. disappointed with the drumming too, still i love the new direction they were about to go on ... i like the quitar work and their pink floydish sound, especially on longest songs

    Despite the "drumming" it's pretty decent. But every time I listen to it I wonder how it would sound if it was finished. I think it would be very great then!

    It's not a final mix because the tracks are demo versions of an album that had yet to be fully recorded by the whole band. So far it's not very good, shitty drumcomputer doesn't help either.

    Tabula Rasa sucks. I know it's not a "final product" per se, but why even bother releasing it in this state? It sounds like vague ideas and isn't even demo-worthy.

    New album is not a final mix and sounds like shit. But that doesn't excuse how fucking boring the songs are. Why tarnish a perfectly decent legacy with a shoddy send-off? Maybe they knew the 'occult rock' scene was getting too big for them?
