The Bicycle Thief é uma banda formada por Bob Forrester, fundador e vocalista da banda Thelonious Monster, e o guitarrista Josh Klinghoffer, que trabalhou com John Frusciante em vários trabalhos solo do guitarrista do Red Hot Chili Peppers, Klinghoffer agora é integrante do Gnarls Barkley en turnês e red Hot Chili Peppers.
O único album é “You Come and Go Like a Pop Song”, lançado em 1999, e relançado e modificada a sua tracklist e arte em 2001.
