I haven't actually got this album yet, however having listened to all of the songs a few times over online, I can say that this is one of my favourites on a still dark, sorrowful album which has both the heavy, light, fast and slow qualities which defines Swallow The Sun's music and sets them apart from the rest.

@Takkeri, ah I hope not. There's still doom in it. Insomnium dedicated The Harrowing Years to Swallow the Sun, as they wrote it while touring with them last year (said on the DVD). Maybe it's the other way around here?

For me this reminds me of Insomnium a lot. Must be the least doomy track in Swallow The Sun's Discography. The lead melody is pretty much melodeath in its best. Great track nevertheless. I just hope Insomnium would have used a clean singer like this in their new album, instead of the "ok" Jules Näveri! Is this the track which some "true" listeners will soon start accusing of being a "sell-out mtv-track" :D?

It does. It totally reminds of the ending of Secrets of the Earth, and it gives me the chills. I love this song. Probably my favorite on the new album.
