Formada em 1992 em Simi Valley,CA,EUA.Strung Out combina o som do punk rock melódico californiano com solos de guitarrra e riffs de metal para manter as coisas interessantes.Combinando esses elementos com letras inteligentes do vocalista Jason Cruz a banda continua abalar os seus fãs ao redor do mundo com turnês que parecem eternas.
Strung Out atualmente consiste em Jason Cruz(Vocal), Rob Ramos (Guitarra), Jake Kiley (Guitarra), Chris Aiken (Baixo) e Jordan Burns (bateria).

New Record is a big disappointment unfortunately. The band struggles to be relevant still these days imo, Exile was their last truly great achievement. Also, I wish they'd return to the Element of Sonic Defiance-sound. That album/EP is still so ahead of its time, even nine years later.

Absolutely loving the new album. Good to hear Jason's voice again without a million effects applied to it. "Carcrashradio" and "Nation of Thieves" are both instant classics.

I think Strung Out get the balance just right - I love Exile in Oblivion and Blackhawks. A poppier song in an fast-tempo album allows you to catch your breath!

Agents of the Underground is more "metalcore" than the other releases. A good album. Strung Out still rockin' hard!
