Thu 9 Apr – Resurrection
It was an amazing night of Drum & Bass on an international and local level. Trei enforced why he is one of New Zealand's best up and comers with his set which made me eager to grab his debut release when it comes out later this year.
Logistics was next on the decks and I was blown away by his smoothness and accuracy on the changes. He dropped his track Together in the middle of his set which was a highlight for me.
Cyantific followed up with an awesome performance which was heavier than the rest of the acts that night and got people moving.
State of Mind were next on the bill and were awesome as usual playing a bit of stuff off there new album as well as some classics.
Went home after that 'cos I was absolutely gassed. Was a wicked gig and night which delivered more than expected.

I can't sleep now, so i thought it'll be a good time-spending..

Because of a girl :)) She liked drum and bass, and i loved her (as now..) so i wanted to know that music style, and i tried a lot of bands. One of them was Portishead.

**** First big festival for me, and it was a killer. Beastie Boys teared the place down; Queens of the Stone Age was pretty impressive, same as Metallica and Muse.
