I've grown a bit bored of Co&Ca, but Shabutie and TPFI, particularly Shabutie, are still in my charts. I like how there is something new in every song. First there's a nearly metal song, then a progressive song, then an indie rock song, and it keeps going. Shabutie>TPFI>>>Co&Ca.

I wish Coheed would go back to being as experimental as they were with Shabutie. Coheed seems to be stuck in a creative rut with the last two albums. I understand they're a progressive band as well as a concept band. Listen to Second Stage Turbine Blade and compare it to the new stuff...HUGE difference. I love Coheed, I love Shabutie.

the song 'an end to a beginning' was actually recorded by a chicago band named 'theinside.' i have been searching for other songs they did for a few years now, and if anyone has any info they can give me at all on the whereabouts of the members or anything i would appreciate it. i had a few of their songs at one point, when mp3.com was still worth a damn but have long since gotten rid of them.

The reason they don't do Shabutie songs is because it has nothing to do with Coheed and Cambria, it was a different storyline and a different band. It was a different style and line up, its just not them anymore. But the music IS epic.
