This album is probably the last amazing album they have done. I only hope (Black Out Sun) can top this. 7Bros for life mate!

yeah, i don't get why everyone seems to hate on this album so much. it's a little different, but it's a solid album. it also has one of the best songs they've written, "Under". there's no denying that song... yep... that chorus is just near perfect. of course, coming out of a bad ass stereo system. you're not gonna feel it the same coming out of some $4.99 cheap computer speakers. you can't listen to Sevendust without feeling the bass. i imagine Mr. Hornsby would agree. he plays his bass so low cause... well... he's a badass bass player. I think Fieldy saw him and tightened that strap up a little; he keeps that strap a little tighter these days cause he's... a woman I believe (nice ponytails), and he has also changed races totally. Sevendust has kept it real, kept their sound close to the trunk without going out *too* far on a limb. their fans like their sound, and they're one of the few bands that have kept a persistent "core" sound through their careers -- and a new CD every 2 years!

I have bin listening to Sevendust for so long but this album still depresses me. they have a couple good songs but it Doesnt have as much passion as the other albums.

More powerful and heavy? Um no because the tone's are only marginally better than those on Next.. and that was sonically mediocre though the songs weren't bad. Heaviest and grooviest and Poweful-iest = S/T, Home, Animosity and Hope & Sorrow

Don't understand why many people consider this album as their worst one.. It sounds great and definitely is also such good as Animosity for example.. And yeah, maybe it's more heavy and powerful than many other their works.. And I like that. Vocals and riffs are realy very groovy. Great! Sometimes I suppose that's their best work... And remarkable artwork!

Worst thing they ever did but Hope & Sorrow made up for it and with Clint back the future's very bright so I still love them.
