Sometimes I think there's nothing new at all. Everything that seems to be new has been invented long ago. As there's nothing new, there isn’t any new music either. Madonna is the second Marilyn Monroe, Земфира is the second Мумий Тролль, Ricardo Montaner is the second Elton John, Manic Street Preachers are the second Queen... and even Hanson are the second Bon Jovi (don't you see, Taylor Hanson looks nowadays like young Jon Bon Jovi!).
There's nothing new, and a week ago I noticed that Plazma was the second Modern Talking. Similar music, similar image... Роман Черницын sings and looks like Thomas Anders... but his unnatural colored blond hair reminds me of Jay-Jay Johanson's image. So fragile and so vulnerable.
Maybe it's impossible to discover something new or to found a new idea, something special, something really mine or yours. The only hope and way is to try not to notice all the imperfection and desperation of the world... and to pretend you believe in something authentic.
