Poison the Well é uma banda de metalcore / post hardcore / experimental, vinda de Miami/Ft. Lauderdale, Flórida. Formada em 1997. O guitarrista Ryan Primack e o baterista Chris Hornbrook são os únicos membros remanescentes da banda que estiveram envolvidos desde o seu início, embora o vocalista Jeffrey Moreira foi o cantor em todos os cinco álbuns de estúdio. Estes três são considerados os principais membros da banda. No final de 2006 assinaram com a Ferret Music.
