Paul Weller (nome artístico de John William Weller, nascido em 25 de maio de 1957 em Sheerwater, Surrey) é um cantor e compositor britânico.

Weller foi o líder e criador por trás da formação de duas bandas de sucesso, The Jam e The Style Council, antes de dar início a uma bem-sucedida carreira solo. Ele é também a principal figura do revival Mod do final dos anos 70, sendo por essa razão apelidado de Modfather.

Dont know if age is fucking with my Critical Faculty..but i have been listening to more of his stuff, and finding i am changing some of my opinions.....and Esp" Broken Stones"It's taken me years to appreciate the craft of this record..Almost perfection but one the best English songs written in the last 25 Years,( fuck Angels by Robbie and Chum)..Lyrically its so sure of itself not once stretching for a false Metaphor or Simile.The imagery is just astounding without bringing attention to itself Musically its on the button, just one over cluttered moment..And Paul turns in a Great Soulful Vocal which puts him up there with his Heroes..This Track has heft and an emotional Punch that leaves u stunned but smiling .Got a Feeling Paul Weller would hate me saying this..This is a Poetry ..lovely Stuff.Gabe
