Biografia

Patrick Wolf, pseudônimo de Patrick Apps, é um cantor, compositor e multi-instrumentista nascido em 30 de Junho de 1983, em Londres, Inglaterra. Toca vários instrumentos, entre os quais ukelele, clarinete, piano, cravo, clavicórdio, saltério, harmónio, autoharpa, kantele, teclado, harpa, violino, guitarra, piano, acordeão, gaita, órgão e theremin.

Em 2003 lançou seu primeiro álbum, Lycanthropy, sucesso de crítica assim como o segundo álbum, Wind in the Wires, lançado em 2005. Mas com The Magic Position, de 2007, Patrick Wolf atingiu o sucesso de pública e de crítica, chegando a ser listado como um dos álbuns do ano segundo a revista britânica NME. A faixa título do álbum foi lançada como single um mês após o lançamento do mesmo, e foi considerada uma das melhores músicas de 2007 segundo a revista Rolling Stone.

    The time of Patrick's sadness passed already, so there probably won't be more songs like those from Lycanthropy or Wind In The Wires. I'm deeply in love with all his albums, so it's not a problem for me :D But, ohh, I want something new so badly... I'm curious about what will he create now <3
