Patrick Doyle (Uddingston, Escócia, 6 de abril de 1953) é um compositor britânico de trilhas sonoras para filmes.
Patrick tornou-se conhecido pelo último filme que ele compôs a trilha, Harry Potter e o Cálice de Fogo; porém ele já fez outros filmes que lhe renderam indicações para o Óscar e o Globo de Ouro, contudo ele ainda não ganhou nenhum.
Além de compor e reger as composições do filme Henrique V ele também cantou em algumas. Dentre os mais célebres filmes para que Doyle compôs, Hamlet esta entre eles.

I'm in love with "SLEUTH"! I always liked his more romantically classical pieces the most, especially "Sense and Sensibility", "As you like it", "Hamlet", "Much Ado about Nothing", "Henry V" and the like (although I favorited his music for fantasy movies for some time, like "Eragon" and "Nanny McPhee", or works like "Nim's Island")... but now, as I had come across "Sleuth"... I NEED more of this, PLEASE!

I'm collecting all of his soundtracks. 'Much Ado About Nothing' is brilliant, 'Pardon, Goddess of the Night' is beautiful. It had me close to tears when it was performed at his concert. Henry V, The Little Princess and Sense and Sensibility are stunning too. I wish everyone would listen to more of his stuff other than the Harry Potter soundtrack! It's good, but no where near his best.

Had a fantastic time at his concert last night at the Royal Albert Hall. <3 A Little Princess was not performed unfortunately, which is my favourite of his, but loved the whole thing anyway. :)
