love this band. i crashed my car to oiltanker, i live in an oiltanker shirt, i slip into a dirty stench depression and ravage through the woods spreading end-time messages of doom and chaos to wanderers and animals while listenening to an oiltanker cassette through a walkman. I live oiltanker.
i would have given him cookies for free for playing the show, i think we did give them gas money but its not like they made much. we spent hours baking and setting up the show so we could give the money to a cause crust kids claim to care about. im not trying to talk shit at all, they seem like nice guys and their band rules. i found it slightly irritating at the time because it seemed like it was borderline mocking our efforts, but now its harmless and funny to me. so calm down
@postvegan what is this, pay-to-play? i can't imagine they're making a whole lot of money playing crust. when you asked them to play, did you expect them to donate money? because i really think their job as musicians was to draw more people and donations.
