Yesterday I felt a bit rubbish, the end of the weekend blues I sometimes have. Others call it a blue Monday, I call it a sour Sunday. I was tired, I didn't want to be at home, the dubstep I was listening to sounded like it was haunting me with it's dark echoes and bells that scared me and on top of that Facebook told me "I had the verbal ability of a mime" - then told me not to worry too much about it because David Bowie supposedly studied mime once. That's when I came to the conclusion I needed to write a blog post about constant factors in my life that never fail to cheer me up.
