Misterlee's album 'This Disquiet Dog' is featured on my August show on Dandelion Radio (dot) com, starting at 15:00 UK time on Monday 1 August. If you haven't heard their album before, tune in to hear the tracks and then make sure you get your hands on it! Best LP I've heard in a while!
Don’t Kill Anyone Today - out NOW!
From the benign clouds of today, a cannonous bass drum is about to fall right into your house.
And then all hell breaks loose.
“I had this vision of an Alcoholics Anonymous-style meeting, with everything from street muggers through Harold Shipman-type suburban psycho’s to power mad terrorists/world leaders, each taking turns in standing and opening up to the group: ‘Hello everyone. My name is Slobodan and I am a cold blooded murderer, but I pledge not to kill anyone today’ (to rounds of teary eyed applause and consolation hugging). We used some of my original Dictaphone lyric notes on the final recording and odd lines come out sounding spookily like Tony Blair!”
The delivery here is as brutal as it is efficient: heavy tools of weapons grade: one bass drum, one snare drum and one guitar only issued by the miserly quartermaster (who, it would appear, was also once a member of The Stooges).

Described as the song Bob Dylan might have written if he had been squatting at The Clash household through a noughties Britain, with Mick Ronson heard shredding along from next door.
