I'm building this list to eliminate tags that look like this:
Korean/Japanese/Chinese (Artist name in English)
Whether you tag your artists in Korean/Japanese/Chinese or English is up to you, it just seems that the census is that bracketed artist tags suck and should be wiped off of the face of Last.fm. Also they are the ultimate calling card of music pirates, oop @ u rn.
Why should I care about correcting my artist tags?
Last.fm, the site you signed up for, relies heavily on correct stats/tags/etc - it helps the site function (for example, the radio feature) (Why sign up for a music based site if your own library looks like a warzone?). Also because incorrect tags are kinda ugly looking, and eventually this wonderful shade of red from the correct your tags banner will flood your library, instead of the cute Asians you'd rather be seeing.
