Seit meinem letzten Blogeintrag wurde viel gesagt, gesungen und gescrobblet. Währendessen zog das Jahr 2008 in einem unglaublichen Tempo vorbei. Es waren weder, „Change“ noch „Crisis“ die für mich im Vordergrund standen. Das Jahr 2008 bot eine Vielzahl an unvergesslichen Musikerlebnissen und diese kaschierten mir die meisten Flecken.

Nun lacht uns bereits 2009 entgegen und verspricht mit Bob Dylan, Antony and the Johnsons , Franz Ferdinand u.v.a. bereits wieder ein musikalisches Freudenfest zu werden.

Hehe...a lot of them make me sad now because I spent soooooooo much time in my younger years being OBSESSED with this band. But legitimately, probably Hang. I don't cry much to music, but this is a sad one.

Right now it is Use Somebody. But I don't know if I could say that is my favorite. The new album is really good, but I also haven't listened to Aha Shake Heartbreak in a while. And THAT is my favorite album.

It depends on the day. Usually it is The Predatory Wasp of the Palisades Is Out to Get Us! but sometimes it is To Be Alone With You.

Absolutely. Anything I can get into while singing. I think probably the top one would be The Velorium Camper I: Faint of Hearts.

Letzten Monat war ich beim Konzert von Minor Majority im Headcrash. Sie haben ihr Versprechen ein langes Set zu spielen gehalten und viel spielfreude gezeigt. Als Vorband haben Racoon für gute Stimmung gesorgt, welche mir bis dahin noch nicht bekannt waren.

Dagens noterat: konstaterar återigen att norrmän gör skön musik, lyssna bara på Keizers Orchestra Thomas Dybdahl Ane Brun Minor Majority. Den är ofta lite regnbestänkt, den norska musiken och återspeglar även det hjärtskärande landskapet.
