Hell yeah. In freaking 1990 me and a friend, two French 15yo who don't know shit about music and probably listened to some dance at this time, find the vinyl and are sucked in. My friend would always ask me to play it. And years later my new best friend, from Germany, tells me the same story. It's even mystical ! ;)

A fantastic album with lots of changing themes. I especially like the one at the end of Part One, where all the instruments add up one by one to achieve a real orchestral sound. The growls by Mike on Part Two and the Sailor's Hornpipe are two things I really could laugh at (real funny!), for example on the Sailor's Hornpipe where Viv Stanshall struggles to say anthropology. All in all, I'd recommend it to anyone.

Epic,Haunting,Reflective,Eerie,Hypnotic,some words to describe this true masterpiece. The section in part 1 from around 4,40 to 5,20 is stunning to lift up some part i really really like. But the whole piece is pure art. In Part 2 the part between 7,58 and 8,42 with the choir,Magnificent. The thing is that the many emotions who came in form from the music and the different moods makes the album standout as one of the greatest albums of all time.
