Biografia

Como por exemplo: “Davidian”, “Old” e “None But My Own”.

I don't think you understood what I meant. If you don't aim at earning money from your music, why the hell would you sell it? Just upload all your albums on a website for people to download it without charge. Hence why everything that is being sold is commercial, duh. I don't get how can you not understand such elementary stuff. If you simply want to gain popularity, you wouldn't sell your music either, you'd just go with the option I've mentioned earlier.

lol those MA reviews are hilarious. Those metalheads are so elitist that they actually believe The Blackening is nu metal.

Also, it has nothing to do with being available on CD or vinyl.

"The moment you put your music on a CD/Vinyl and start selling it, your music becomes commercial and you're a sellout." Wrong! Guess again. (hint: 1994-1997 - were groove metal when it was popular, 1998-2001 - were nu metal when it was popular)

The administration of MA strongly believes that Atheist have jazz influences in their music and that Annihilator have been doing nothing but groove metal in their later material. Need I say more how braindead the community of that site is?

------------- 'Machine Head are delusional about being a shitty nu metal band, they're not even good at it, and by throwing all the shit they want to be into the mix, they put together something that's in the basement of nu-metal with Kittie, though at least they seem to embrace the spectacle they put on. It's not shameless like that, it's shameful nu-metal that tries to not be what it is, it tries to be something else that it can't be at the same time, and it comes out in these awful ten minute misadventures. They're too concerned with mixing in some Pantera-aping and throwing in lots of solos that they couldn't do a single one of them well.' -------- there you have it folks.

Metal-Archives have a real bone to pick with MH. One review gave The Blackening 5% and called it nu metal LOL. The hilarious thing is it wasn't even a troll, some asshole took the time to write a marvelous essay. --------------- 'Lame radio rock choruses with a singer that doesn't even have the charisma of a typical butt rock singer, sort of like Puddle of Mudd but less memorable. Completely aimless random melodic noodling, often harmonized, that goes nowhere. It's not a guitar solo that grabs the feeling of the song and soars with it, it's more like an amateur chopping through 16th notes at a moderate pace with no idea where he's going with it, nor any idea where it started.'

The moment you put your music on a CD/Vinyl and start selling it, your music becomes commercial and you're a sellout. Quit acting as if your favorite bands aren't sellouts either, posers.

Also I find it funny that Machine Head was called "sell-out" when they wrote "Supercharger" and "Burning Red" when in fact they've sold out from the beginning. Also, what did everyone expect from a group of people who have no day jobs besides music?

I agree with corpsetastic. The Battery cover is great! Otherwise, MoreBRAAAINS is right in his first sentence.

The More Things Change is under rated as fuck. \/ Battery is a great cover, Fucking Hostile is decent and Hallowed Be Thy Name is amazing, Robb ain't gonna sing in Bruce's range is he?

The last 2, and the debut are their best albums. [3] For once I actually agree with one of these.
