Banda de Metal/Hardcore e experimentalismos criada em 2001, em São Paulo/SP. Lançou dois CD-demo, e em 2006 lançou o CD “A Fênix Que Não Renasce” pelas gravadoras One Voice e Scarface Sounds.
Bastante aclamado pela mídia especializada, sendo classificado como “letras completamente fora do lugar-comum” e ” pesado mas assimilável, até para o mais leigo dos ouvintes”, o CD teve excelente recepção pelo público, tendo se apresentado pelos principais circuitos do Brasil.
Nesses 7 anos a banda teve algumas formações e um hiato de cerca de dois anos, chegando a até anunciar um suposto fim, em 2007. Mas a banda em 2008 anunciou em seu fotolog oficial (www.fotolog.com/leroyrock) a volta.
Atualmente a banda está compondo o sucessor do “A Fênix…”.

Heya. Glad to hear the other Leroy is a really good band! Unfortunately we couldn't have 3 different lastfm profiles, one to each band, but just keep in mind that is not our idea, that's the only way Lastfm found to handle situations like this one -- same band's name. I actually don't know any of the other bands named LeRoy. I only know the guy (or band, whatever) who sings Rollercoasters/Holy roller/ I got shot down In Southern California - which happens to be quite a nice tune.
