I see both post-rock and brutal death influences here, so awesome. The riffing, growing, growing, until a sonic explosion comes out, defying any quality check. That alone makes any musical composition in the latest years to shame.

One of most beautiful and amazing tracks of all times. When I listen it's like I get into another world... the voice is so deep and sad... unbelievable... and the rest of the track is what finishes my brain and only my heart remains, pure and softly beating

This is the only song off Red that was performed live by the album's lineup, being a standard of the band's 1974 concerts.

If Thick as a Brick didnt exist, this would probably be the best rock track ever.

Fripp's genuis was never more apparent. That wonky guitar line sounds like someone who had only just picked up a guitar for the first time but then over the course of five magic minutes he turns it into the most exciting solo imagineable and crashes into an ending of thrilling complexity and sheer virtuosity. For me this is KC's most breathtaking track.

Yeah. Two different strings, same note. And then two different strings and a different note. Splendid way of building up a song. Inimitable music.

Is he playing the same note on two different strings during that solo? I'm trying to figure out how he gets that effect.
