Lunar Sanctum is the greatest song ever written. Not only Kamelot’s very best, but my favorite track ever. The choruses and the final 2 minutes of the song are what make it so (for me). No other song compares. The very best track from Kamelot (period).

"melody is uninteresting and the music is bland and lacking energy" Oh well, too each their I guess. I love the melody here and and it is quite powerful to me. Fabulous song, very much so...

This song is such an underrated gem. It's a glimpse of the slickness and the modern overtones that the band would fully implement on future albums such as "The Black Halo", "Ghost Opera", and "Poetry". Perhaps a little out of place on "The Fourth Legacy", but still a masterpiece nonetheless.

This is an awesome piece of music, they seriously need to start playing it live. It's one of their best, and it stands out among everything else they've done.

Lunar Sanctum is in the building. I quit my job as a Prog listener. Too much awesomeness here, can't help it.

Love Glen's bassline (is that a fretless bass?). Great track.

On an unrelated note, this song is completely amazing. Kamelot will never do something quite so individual.

Wait, how do you people know that this is an overlooked track? Was (or is there now) a poll? Incidentally, if this song IS overlooked, it is because this genre is power metal, not soul. People who are expecting power metal are not interested in this sort of music. Furthermore, each of you who think that THIS is the best Kamelot song ever is not a true power metal fan, OR Kamelot fan. That would be like Dragonforce coming out with the song Fireflies by Owl City, and fans of the band said that it is the band's best song ever Absurd. This song's melody is uninteresting and the music is bland and lacking energy.

That vocal distortion from 3:34-3:57, I thought I was listening to Emilie Autumn or something, LOL. But yeah, good song.
