I'm glad to see others appreciate John Hiatt as much as I do. I met the man when I was 7, still have the autographed poster on my wall. Very talented musician, who I hope stays under the radar. I don't want commercialism to fuck him up. :(

I attended his Nov 4 show, and it was awesome. It was my first encounter with John live, and I was blown away. That man can play! And the fact that he was solo made it all the lot better. I took my boyfriend with me, because we had an extra ticket, and he never even heard of John Hiatt, but he said it was the best thing he has ever seen, and he is totally hooked. It's the greatest thing, really :)
