Don't think is overrated, but Gangland seems to me weak in comparison to the rest of the songs, Hallowed Be Thy Name is probably the best Iron Maiden has put out till now. 22 Acacia Avenue just kicks arse big time

Not overrated at all. All songs are great, although the title-track and Run To The Hills are pretty weak when compared to the other songs. Not their best, but still great.

How is this OVERRATED? how can an Iron Maiden album be overrated. Maybe in their own terms it's not their best album yet it is rated higher then most. But the outcome of this album is not overrated. But what poor aspect does it employ OVERRATEDness? Please... tell me. Miley Cyrus is overrated. The Jonas Brothers are overrated. The Number of the Beast is not OVERRATED. More like underrated. A good 80s rock (OR METAL if you will) band that plays amazing music yet AC/DC or Led Zeppelin are getting more recognition. OH is it because they happen to fall under the genre METAL. Is that it society? Black Sabbath are way more overrated then them. Metallica is. Take a look at all the Deathcore/Metalcore bands that suck and people don't even have the decency to RESPECT Iron Maiden. Or is this some form of elitism where you like to claim things are overrated and the run away laughing at how superior you think you are? The Number of the Beast is not OVERRATED!

WTH with Overrated rants? It's a classic album, with very powerful songs, Children of the Damned, The Prisoner, 22 Acacia Avenue, Number of the Beast, Hallowed Be Thy Name, those songs just screams : MAIDEN isn't it enough? Is it a new way for being cool nowadays to say everything's overrated, gosh, I'm sick of seeing this word in, like, all the interwebz. It's an excellent album, and not the only one. Go back to pop music, then you will have overrated, and a great amount of it.
